    The continent and country location are accurate 99% of the time, subdivisions 80%, and cities 66%. You can read more about gelocation accuracy here.

    What is a subdivision?

    A subdivision is a generalized term for a regional classification between a country and a city. They're called different things in different places (e.g. states in the USA), but we use "subdivision" as a catch-all.
