Where are my visitors coming from?
It's a natural question to ask. We don't want to just see numbers on a screen, we want to know where these visitors are coming from.
And geo data isn't just "nice to know," it can drive real business decisions, like deciding the languages you translate your content into or the currencies you accept.
See which countries send you the most traffic and get exact Visitor and View counts for each.
Every visit includes the national flag, continent, country, subdivision/region, and city of the visitor.
Like other reports, you can filter the geo data by any column, such as the country or city.
Get beautiful, user-friendly analytics right in your WordPress dashboard.
The continent and country location are accurate 99% of the time, subdivisions 80%, and cities 66%. You can read more about gelocation accuracy here.
A subdivision is a generalized term for a regional classification between a country and a city. They're called different things in different places (e.g. states in the USA), but we use "subdivision" as a catch-all.
